What should I wear?
Attire is formal. Black tie optional. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. Dust off your suits, dresses and dancing shoes and let's celebrate in style!
Can Children Come?
As much as we love small humans (especially yours), this party won’t exactly be suitable for the little ones. We strongly prefer you leave kids with a sitter and enjoy a night off on us.
Is there parking available near the venue?
Yes, you can find parking near McKay Tower, with options including street parking, garage parking, and the Amway Grand Plaza parking ramp. The area is easily accessible, and parking is available in the surrounding vicinity, though prices and availability can vary depending on the day and events in town. Parking Options:
Amway Grand Parking Ramp:Located at the corner of Pearl Street and Monroe Avenue, this ramp offers both self-parking and valet parking for Amway Grand Plaza guests.
Street Parking: Metered street parking is available, but be aware of the varying time limits and hours of enforcement.
Other Parking Garages: Various parking garages are located nearby, including the Monroe Center Ramp.
What is the RSVP deadline?
Please respond here no later than May 13th, including menu selections. This allows us the time we need to finalize all the nitty-gritty details with our caterer and vendors.
Do you have hotel rooms blocked off?
Yes, we have secured a block of rooms at both the JW Marriott and the Amway Grand Plaza hotels where you will receive a 15% discount off the regular room rate. Please go to the "Accommodations" tab for more details or to reserve a room.
Is there a vegetarian option for dinner?
Yes, when you fill out the online RSVP card, please make note that you need a vegetarian meal and the caterer will be sure to accommodate you.
